Letterfinlay Lodge Hotel is a former hunting lodge. The lodge first started trading in 1957 to cater for shooting parties and over the years since it has traded as a hotel welcoming many guests and celebrities.

Since the current owners purchased the hotel in January 2007, much care has been taken to restore and enhance the hotel's features and facilities.

Rooms have comfy beds, and some rooms at Premier Inn can take 2 adults and up to 2 children (under 16 years). The 2 children also get a free full breakfast when accompanied by an adult eating a full breakfast. The all-you-can-eat breakfast includes the expected cooked items, including vegetarian sausages.
